Policys

 

Cancellation policy:

Please provide 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments. Patients who cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be responsible for the full price of the missed appointment. Thank you for understanding.

Late Arrival:

If arriving 15 or more minutes late for a scheduled appointment we cannot guarantee a full treatment.

Payment Policy:

Payment is due at the time of service. Currently, we do not accept insurance. If you have acupuncture coverage through your insurance, we will offer a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance before submitting a superbill. It is important to know what specific conditions your insurance policy will cover.

There will be a $30.00 fee for every returned check.
